Our Methodology

How We Approach Every Matter

At Pranee Legal, every engagement begins with a conversation — not a form. We want to understand your situation, your priorities, and what you are hoping to achieve before we outline what we can do. That initial conversation informs how we structure the work and how we communicate with you throughout.

Once a mandate is agreed, we issue a written engagement letter that sets out the scope of the service, the fees, and what is expected of both parties. From that point, we work methodically — preparing documentation, corresponding with relevant authorities, drafting proposed terms, or building the file for court, depending on the nature of the matter.

Communication runs throughout. We update clients when something material occurs, and we are accessible for questions between those updates. If the situation changes, we discuss the implications with you before adjusting the approach.

Listen First

We understand your situation before proposing anything.

Agree in Writing

Keep You Informed
